Topic 2 Why an individual should work cohesively with others

True success comes from being in a cohesive team. The team remains united when working to achieve a common goal, and everyone feels they contribute to the overall success of the group.

If we increase team cohesion in the workplace, we automatically increase the following: 

• Success: a powerfull effect on overall team spirit by celebrating success.
• Work satisfaction: everyone here is on the same page and achieving the same team goal is refreshing.
• Self-esteem of team members: high self-esteem leads to more efficiency.
